I just want to say I am so thrilled that I discovered your business  Botanic+Co,  I was able to choose the perfect gift for my girlfriend’s birthday.  You answered all my queries promptly and assured me the gift would arrive on the chosen date.

I would love to share my experience with Botanic + Co as the world needs to know about the attention, detail and care that was involved with our recent online order!

It was my Mum's birthday last week, and in these corona days, I had no way of giving her a gift as I live interstate. At short notice, we ordered a beautiful package and requested a speedy delivery to Mum hoping she could receive it on her actual birthday.
I had an instant personalised response from Botanic + Co saying they would make the delivery happen in time for my Mum and then added some complimentary organic tea and a large magnolia to the wrapping to make it extra special. I had notification when it was dispatched, where it had been left at my Mum's house and then a follow up to see that it had been received. Mum LOVED it and made special mention of the beautiful box, gold paper wrapping and lovely goodies inside.

Do not hesitate to use Botanic + Co! They not only offer the lost art of personalised customer service in a very caring way but gorgeous gifts too. We will definitely use you guys again!
